Revisions to the Change Healthcare InterQual criteria

Effective November 1, 2023, there are revisions to the Change Healthcare InterQual criteria for the following:

  • BRCA1 & BRCA2 in Hereditgary Cancer
  • Hereditary Prostate Cancer
  • Li-Fraumni Syndrome
  • Multi Gene Panels for Hereditary Breast Cancer Syndrome
  • Multi Gene Panels for Ovarian Cancer Syndrome
  • Pharmacogenomic Testing in Breast Cancer
  • Pharmacogenomic Testing in NSCLC
