CMS-0057-F Payer-to-Payer Onboarding and API Specification
Payer-to-Payer Data Exchange enables secure, member-authorized sharing of healthcare information between health plans for eligible Medicare members. This CMS-0057-F compliant service helps improve continuity of care by allowing clinical and coverage information to follow members when they transition between health plans. Through standards-based FHIR APIs, authorized payer organizations can exchange historical health records, support coverage transitions, and streamline interoperability workflows.
