When to use Doctors Online
Doctors Online is perfect for when your personal doctor is unavailable or when going into the office is not an option.
You and the family members on your plan (including your children) can see a board-certified doctor for common, non-emergency health issues, including:
- Cold and flu symptoms
- Allergies
- Bronchitis and other respiratory infections
- Urinary tract infections
- Skin irritations
- Sinus problems

You and your family members can also see licensed therapists and board-certified psychiatrists for non-emergency behavioral healthcare issues, including:
