Our regional BlueCHiP family is expanding in Large Group with the addition of Access Blue New England. The Access Blue New England product family includes 12 high-deductible health plans with New England regional coverage that includes Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Maine. Members get all of the advantages of a regional BlueCHiP plan, and the flexibility to pair with a health savings account (HSA) that allows employees to save pre-tax dollars for qualified medical expenses now or in the future. Access Blue New England plans will be available in the Large Group segment starting October 1, 2018.
