MHK (formerly MedHOK) will soon serve as our new mechanism for entering prior authorization requests for both outpatient services and acute inpatient level of care. As we transition to this new platform, we have made sure that it will be seamless for our hospital and provider partners. MHK will go live on September 23, 2019. Outpatient providers will be routed to our new MHK tool, rather than the current “Clear Coverage” platform. Hospitals will also be routed to the MHK tool, and will no longer have to enter requests directly on our portal.
