MHK Provider Portal – Please Clear Cache

The MHK Provider Portal has had a system upgrade as of 7/28. We are asking that providers please clear their browser cache prior to accessing the MHK Provider Portal to submit or view authorizations. This will ensure no issues with being cached into an older version of the system. Please clear cache using the instructions below.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the Tools menu (three dotted lines in the upper-right corner).
  2. Select History.
  3. Select Clear Browsing Data from the left-hand side. Set the Time Range set to All Time.
  4. If on a Windows computer, close and re-open Chrome to save your changes.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the Menu icon (three dotted lines in the upper-right corner)
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Privacy, search, and services.
  4. Under Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data now, select Choose what to clear.
  5. Under Time range, choose All Time from the drop-down menu
  6. Select Clear Now, close and re-open Edge to save your changes.
