The Temporary Telemedicine Telehealth and Telephone Services During the COVID-19 Crisis policy, effective March 18, 2020, is extended through December 31, 2020. However, there are now four self-funded groups that have opted out of waiving member cost share. Effective October 15, 2020, if your office renders services to a patient who is employed with one of the referenced self-funded groups below, member cost share will be applied, and your office will be allowed to bill the member their contractual member cost share for the services you provide.
