Nationwide outage at service provider

We are aware of a cyberattack on Change Healthcare, a major service provider in the healthcare industry owned by UnitedHealth Group. This has affected BCBSRI as well as other insurers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers across the country.

This service disruption prevents us from printing and mailing premium bills as usual. Learn how this affects you:
