Healthcare should work for all of us. At BCBSRI, we believe that getting to know our members better—their backgrounds and their needs—is the first step toward helping to build a more inclusive, effective healthcare system.

Next week BCBSRI will begin inviting members to answer a few questions about themselves through their member accounts. Participation is voluntary, and responses are protected just as we protect other health information.

Over time this data will help BCBSRI and our provider and community partners to develop solutions that support increased access to high-quality, affordable, and equitable healthcare for all.
